Managed backup & disaster recovery

Recover
in hours, not weeks.

When ransomware hits or a server dies, the only question that matters is how fast you can get back. We design backups around that answer and prove they work by testing restores regularly.

Managed Backup & Recovery

The problem
& our fix.

Backups are often set up once and never checked. Many businesses find out theirs didn't work on the worst day of the year.

We agree how much data you can afford to lose and how quickly you need to be back, then build immutable, off-site backups to match, and test them every quarter.

We work on-site with businesses in Melbourne, and remotely with clients across Australia and overseas.

What's included

Everything you need.

Microsoft 365 backup

Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams backed up independently of Microsoft.

Server & VM backup

Veeam backups for on-premises and cloud servers.

Immutable, off-site copies

Backups ransomware can't encrypt or delete.

Azure Site Recovery

Fail critical systems over to Azure if your site goes down.

Quarterly restore testing

We restore real data to prove it works, and document the result.

Disaster recovery runbooks

Step-by-step plans so recovery doesn't depend on one person's memory.

How it works

Four steps to done.

01

Assess

Agree recovery targets (RPO and RTO) for each system.

02

Design

Choose the right mix of Veeam, Azure and M365 backup.

03

Configure, encrypt and lock backups as immutable.

04

Test

Quarterly restore tests and reports.

FAQs

Common questions.

More answers on our FAQ page.

Doesn't Microsoft already back up Microsoft 365?
Microsoft keeps the service running but only retains deleted data for a limited time. Under its shared responsibility model, backing up your data is up to you.
How does this help with the Essential Eight?
Regular backups is one of the eight strategies. Tested, immutable backups are needed to reach higher maturity levels.
How often do you test restores?
At least quarterly, with a report you can show your insurer.
